Great menu! Food is always great. Broasted chicken is the best followed closely with prime rib dip!

This spot has it's small town drama but honestly very proud of the upward curve in service and establishment. Ask me last year and I'd say the place is going under and run by a ditzy drunk but am very proud of how things have turned around, food quality, hospitality and competence now Have returned. Glad to see it get better. The best Bartender is Rita whi cares about people as much as service. But I'm a bias local so check it out yourself! Really has been nice to see this place blossom a d change for the better especially during covid. Nice to see success in a sea of struggle

This wound up being Plan C for keeping the lights on for our fave places, but don't think for a second we had a problem ordering from here. It's a neat little tavern with good grub, and a thousand miles from nowhere. Everything we had was fresh and hearty, and it's a pretty drive from Cheney. Our oldest son did the driving while my hubby pointed him in the right directions on the back roads, enjoying a respite from the house on a beautiful Saturday. It was a big take-out family meal for a crazy family.

The Saloon was chosen for a Birthday dinner, and I'm glad we gave it another chance. They've always had top tier broasted chicken for our metro, but the last visit--shortly after a regime change--left me greatly underwhelmed compared to previous ownership. They have totally figured it out, and I rue not trying again them sooner. Chicken was perfect, of course, but their burgers were definitely more robust, and my club sandwich was nothing short of insane. Even their chicken strips were more impressive than what your usually see in other establishments. And they really excelled with their fry fare. All sides were deep fried perfectly, not greasy in the least, and came out smokin' hot. The little gal running the dining area was an energizer bunny, taking care of everyone with a smile. The whole place was packed with families having great grub, and it was filled with laughter and smiles. There was sports on a few TVs, but I don't think anyone even noticed. What a cool dinner, and it's great to have them back in our rotation...

I had not been there in years, but went in last week. The burger I had was yummy and the place has a cute rustic vibe!

An unexpected find on a long road with little to offer in the way of nourishment. It's was too early for this bar and grill to be a bar. The grill was open and tended by a very nice man who spoke highly of his boss. The food was flavorful and there were races on every TV. Gotta love it! The fries were homemade, the slaw was cold and the fish was done just right. Pretty sure the tarter sauce was homemade too. It's worth your time, and I'm hard to please. Gold star for the Spangle Saloon.

We arrived just as they opened, and were greeted at the door by a very friendly young woman who provided excellent service during our entire visit which lasted for 3 hours (old friends catching up). We ordered a variety of food which was all very good & in generous portions. The Fish & Chips had nice sized golden pieces of crispy fish on top of a generous basket of fries & served with fresh crunchy coleslaw; Sweet Chili Chicken Wings were plump & cooked perfectly & not over dressed; The Prime Rib Dip was an outstanding sandwich of rich deliciousness of gooey cheese, onions & peppers served with a nice beefy flavored Au Jus that tasted homemade; and the baskets of onions rings & sweet potato fries were also cooked perfectly. They are not stingy with napkins or sauces either. The prices may seem a bit on the high side but you have to keep it in perspective taking into account that they are located in a small town where they have to pay more to have supplies delivered to them. For me, it is worth the nice 20 minute drive thru some really beautiful country side.

The portions are HUGE!! We ordered the loaded potato skins and boy are they loaded with avocado, tomatoes, olives, tons of bacon, blue cheese and special sauce. We order the fried chicken wings. They're hand battered and seasoned to perfection. Plenty of left overs for us. Super friendly staff and patrons. Very clean

There were about 10 of us, and it was a very busy night, but our service was still great. Their chicken is fantastic and probably the best jojos ever. We were all very happy with our meals, and it is a very fun and welcoming place!

Clean, friendly, and good food! I had the Palouse Burger and onion rings and both were good.
